At home sessions offer a familiar environment with an opportunity to develop confidence and consistency. Off-site sessions allow us to tackle every day distractions and reactivity issues. Working in both environments will help to develop a clear picture of your dog. You will be able to apply the training strategies in all situations.

All clients are required to purchase a raised training bed. Links will be provided before first training session. Place work is part of the foundational work of all training to build emotional regulation.
My business is based on the east end of Long Island, NY where I am able to meet with clients on the North Fork, Shelter Island and the Hamptons. If you have questions feel free to contact me. I am available week days and weekends.

Private training sessions are held at your home with you and your dog. In these sessions we cover several areas of training such as place work, exercise and play, leaving your dog alone and eliminating unwanted behaviors.
I develop a plan by identifying the best training strategies for you and your dog, and discuss how you’ll be able to apply them.

You and your dog will get out in the real world and work through every day distractions such as kids, moving vehicles, people, noises, strange objects and other leashed dogs. You will learn how to incorporate counter conditioning and collar pressure to help your dog develop and maintain good behavior.
Off Leash Recall Training
I will assist you with achieving off leash recall with your dog. I incorporate marker training with collar pressure and a high level of positive reinforcement. I assist you with training and a smooth transition to e-collar conditioning
Minimum requirement for e collar conditioning is 4 sessions.
